In Riverside County, all dogs are required to be licensed and vaccinated against rabies. The expiration date of the license will not exceed the expiration date of the rabies vaccination. To complete the licensing process, you will need a copy your pet's current rabies vaccination certificate.
Dogs. It is unlawful to keep more than four dogs at any residence without an animal facility license. Each dog must be licensed. For purposes of this section, a service dog licensed under Section 10.20.
The Team Manager marks that player as one of their team's Keepers for the next season. When the next season's draft occurs, that Keeper will be drafted automatically in the 5th round.
The remaining states allow a household to own one to six dogs. Some states set a limit for all pets in the household, so other animals would be included in this number. California allows a household to own more that the limit of four dogs if they apply for a kennel permit.

One to four dogs on a property is allowed without a Kennel permit issued from the Planning Department, and/or one to nine cats are allowed without Cattery permit from the Planning Department.
