Creating a form. The /form create command sends a message that has buttons which when clicked by the user open different forms. You will provide your configuration for the forms and the message in the json parameter of the command as a json file attachement.

Discord's Stance on NSFW Content Adult content is allowed on Discord, but only on channels and servers designated as NSFW. These channels are clearly labeled; users must be 13 or older. Any content that involves harassment, illegal activites, or explicit material that violates Discord's policies is strictly prohibited.
NSFW content is allowed in DMs and video chat provided that all parties involved are consenting and of appropriate age.
