Description

The Listing Agreement With A Broker Or Realtor To Sell Commercial Property Or Real Estate (Exclusive Listing) is a crucial document for sellers seeking to engage a real estate agent in Fairfax. This form establishes an exclusive relationship between the seller and the broker, granting the agent the sole right to sell the specified property. Key features of the form include provisions for the sale price, commission structure, and the duration of the agreement. Sellers can indicate whether they authorize the display of ‘For Sale’ signs and must commit to referring all inquiries to the agent. The commission for the agent is contingent upon their successful procurement of a buyer ready to purchase at the agreed terms. This agreement can be crucial for ensuring clear communication between parties and outlining responsibilities for marketing and selling the property. It enables attorneys, partners, owners, associates, paralegals, and legal assistants to navigate real estate transactions more effectively by providing a standardized process. Users must fill in specific property details, sale terms, and duration, ensuring all fields are appropriately completed for clarity and legal validity.
