If you see any suspicious activity or unauthorized card transactions on your account, immediately request a replacement card and confirm your card was stolen from the One app and say “File a dispute” in chat or call 1(855)830-6200.
You can cancel your Walmart MoneyCard Prepaid Card online, or through the mobile app. Online: Log into your account and select “Account Management”, “My Card”, and “Close your Account”. Mobile App: Log into your account using app and select “Settings”, “Manage Card”, and ”Close your Account”.
Contact the retailer: If you are sure the card is not activated, contact the retailer where you purchased the card. Bring the card and the receipt to the store and explain the situation. They should be able to assist you in activating the card or issuing a refund.
If you notice unauthorized charges, you will need to dispute them with the merchant directly.
You can file a dispute for an item only one time. Any duplicate requests will be reviewed as an appeal to the original dispute request and will follow the appeal process. If you initiated the return or refund, you can't dispute the charges. If the item is listed with Keep It Rules, you can't dispute the charges.
