How long does direct deposit take? A direct deposit usually takes one to three days to go through.

Initial registration for direct deposit will take approximately five business days from the time your account information is received. Generally, once direct deposit is established, benefits are deposited into your checking account within three business days after payments are released by the Department of Labor.
You will be able to see if your payments have been released, once payments are released you should typically see your payments in your bank account or debit card within 3 days. You can receive unemployment benefits for up to 26 weeks or 104 days. Once you've used up all 104 days, your eligibility for benefits will end for the current benefit year. However, you can reapply once the benefit year has finished.
To reopen your claim, simply start claiming weekly benefits again. You may receive a form in the mail about the period of time for which you did not claim benefits. This is called “Break in Claim” form.
What should I do if I make a mistake on my weekly certification? You should call the Telephone Claims Center right away, at 888-209-8124. Call during the hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. (Please note that you may have difficulty reaching a representative when there is high call volume.)
