To enroll in Travis Credit Union's Direct Deposit program through your employer, please click the "Download Form" button and return it to your payroll office. In order to process a Payroll Direct Deposit request the employee must do the following: 1.Provide First and Last Name. 2. To enroll in Direct Deposit, simply fill out this form and give to Human Resources. Attach a voided check for each checking account - not a deposit slip. This form must be submitted to Human Resources, allow up to 10 business days for processing. Complete and present this form to your employer. This authorizes your employer to deposit all or a portion of your payroll to your account at TCCU.
