The Conflict Resolution Center of Montgomery County offers free or low-cost mediation and other dispute resolution services. The mission of this program is to provide litigants with an opportunity to resolve their disputes expeditiously through court annexed mediation and arbitration. The parties shall schedule Mediation in accordance with the deadline set forth in the Docket Control Order. The Mediation Department has the primary responsibility of offering 'dispute resolution' that differs from a traditional court hearing. Who is eligible for mediation? Prerequisite: Students must have completed a 40-hour basic mediation course to enroll in this course. Another good starting point is finding and completing a 40- to 50-hour basic mediation training course.
