We require a minimum of one guarantor on the lease for each student applicant; each guarantor must fill out a Guarantee Form and have it notarized.Even with a guarantor lease, the tenant (the person living there) must both fill out an application. GUARANTOR QUALIFICATION POLICY: To qualify as a Guarantor for an Applicant with APMI Guarantor must have five (5) years of excellent to good credit history. A guarantor may be accepted for lack of rental history, lack of credit, or lack of income. Applicants are thoroughly screened using credit, criminal history, eviction history and employment verification to make sure you get a fantastic tenant. All prospective Maricopa Community Colleges students under the age of 18 must complete this process prior to enrolling in courses.
