The quickest, easiest and cheapest way to order a certificate is to go online using the GRO's secure online ordering service at: .uk/bmdcertificates and include a GRO index reference with your application. The General Register Office holds records of births registered in England and Wales from the 1st July 1837.
The Recorder's Office can make certified copies of most Minnesota births. A requester can apply for a certified copy of their own record or their child's, their parent's, their grandchild's or grandparent's record by filling out a birth application form and showing a government issued picture ID .
Birth Certificates can be obtained on the same day if you are applying in person. You must be an Authorized Requester, have valid identification, and complete a Birth Certificate Application.
