I've seen quite a few students graduate high school early, and their experiences vary. To graduate early, typically students need to take additional courses, either through summer school or enrolling in online or community college classes in addition to their normal high school schedule.
(Formerly Twilight) EOP allows students 18 years of age or older to continue earning credits towards a high school diploma. Classes are held at three different locations from PM to PM or PM to PM, Monday through Thursday. Participants can earn 6 or more credits each year.
General Promotion Guidelines: Promotion to 10th grade – 5 credits. Promotion to 11th grade – 11 credits. Promotion to 12th grade -17.5 credit or sufficient number of credits to reach 23.5 by the end of 12th grade.

Site selection is the process of reviewing, interviewing, and selecting an employee to work at a specific school in the District in ance with the CBA. The process is conducted by a school's Site Selection Committee; a candidate can only be site selected when they have been interviewed by the entire Committee.
As stated in Bylaw 217 in the School District of Philadelphia policy manual, students earn a high school diploma by completing the following requirements: The successful completion of a minimum of 23.5 credits; The completion of a service learning projects; and. Any standards set by Commonwealth laws and regulations.
