To request a copy, you can: chat to us in our Internet Bank. You'll need to log in to our Internet Bank, select Need help? Send us a message from the left-hand menu, select Chat with us and type Get a statement into our web chat. call us on 03457 30 20 11. visit us in branch.
Unless you choose to go paperless or have a FlexDirect current account, we'll send you your statement in the post each month. If you request a copy of your statement in the post, you'll get it in 10 working days. To request a copy, you can: chat to us in our Internet Bank.

These days, the easiest and most common way to submit your bank statements is to simply print them directly off your bank's online banking platform.
Statements printed in branch If your bank or building society has printed a statement for you in branch, this can be accepted as proof of ID for pre-employment checks as long as it is dated within the last six months.
Click on the “download transactions” drop down menu at the top right side of the screen. Select “download CSV file”. The file will appear as an excel document at the bottom of the screen. Click on the file and save it to your documents.
