Mobile app Once logged in to the app, select the account, and choose the 'statements' option. Select the statement you would like to view. Select the export button to the top right. Choose how you'd like to export the statement.

Your bank statements and credit card statements will, of course, have your address on. If you use these as proof of address, they should be no more than three of four months old.
To Access Your Account Statements in Online Banking: From the Accounts Summary page, select Statements/Documents located at the top right side of the screen. On the Account Documents page, follow the instructions to download and view your bank, credit cards, investments, loans or mortgage or tax document(s).

How can I get a copy of my statement? If you want paper copies of your online statements for your current, savings accounts or credit card, you can save and print PDF versions from your Digital Banking service. You will get an email when your most recent statement is available.
Most banks have your statements instantly available, though it's possible you'll need to request to have the PDF emailed to you. In addition to downloadable PDF statements, the main page of your account should also list out your recent transactions in an account summary.
