Log into .azre, under Quick links, select Business Address Change and follow the prompts.
Fill out List the exact name of the LLC as shown in the AZ records. Check the box for STATUTORY AGENT CHANGE (item 6) and put the NEW Registered Agent's name and physical/mailing address. Go to page 3 and check the "I ACCEPT" box. Print the name of the individual next to the signature and fill in the date.
Failure of a business to maintain a Statutory Agent will result in the business being administratively dissolved. If a Statutory Agent is an individual, that person must be 18 years of age and reside in Arizona.
