If you have changed name or address you need to contact the share registry, advising any changes to your registered details (that is, you didn't buy them through a broker) you can change your details online through Investor Centre.
If you need to update any details, such as name or address, on your Issuer Sponsored shares, you must do this through the share registry. You can find the contact details of the share registry on your holding statement. Some share registries may also allow you to update your contact details on their website.
If you change your address, you do not need a new certificate; you only need to update the statutory register of members. However, a new certificate is required if you legally change your name due to marriage or by deed poll.
If the shares held by you are in physical form, kindly send a request lettersigned by the shareholder (first named shareholder in case of joint-holders) giving the new address along with the Pin Code.
