In order to reschedule your court date, you must contact your attorney. The Clerk's Office is not authorized to reschedule your court date.
To Update Your Contact Information: You must FIRST file a Notice of Change of Address and Contact Information in ALL open cases pursuant to Local Rule 11.1(g). Go to Pacer and log in to your PACER account. Click Maintenance tab. Click Update Address Information. Enter Reason for Update. Apply update to (select one):
Name and address changes must be updated on BOTH your driver license/ID Card and title/registration within 30 days after changing your name or address.
