A.R.S. 23-233 restricts the hours that youths under the age of sixteen (16) can work. No one under the age of sixteen (16) can work more than three (3) hours on a school day when enrolled in school on a day when school is in session, eight (8) hours on a non-school day for a total of eighteen (18) hours per week.
During the school year, minors under 16 may not work more than 3 hours a day while school is in session and 8 hours on non-school days. Minors under 16 may not work before 6 a.m. or after p.m. on school days and until 11 p.m. on non-school days.

Check what times of day you can work In most jobs, you can't normally be asked to work between 10pm and 6am.
