It could take several weeks or months to process your application, verify your eligibility and issue you a Voucher for rental assistance. You can shorten the time it takes by promptly submitting all documentation requested by the Housing Authority and showing up at your appointments on time.
To transfer a Texas titled vehicle, bring in or mail the following to our offices: Texas title, signed and dated by the seller(s) and buyer(s). VTR-130U (Application for Texas title), signed and dated by the seller(s) and buyer(s). Proof of insurance in the buyer's name. Acceptable form of ID. Proof of inspection. Fees.
Sellers need to submit a Vehicle Transfer Notification (Form VTR-346) to make sure the state record shows the car or truck was sold. You must have the name and address of the buyer to complete the form. Submitting this form is important even if you sold or traded your vehicle to a dealer.
