If an article has three or more authors, it is permissible to either give the first author's name followed by "et al." or list all authors as they appear.
Notice that the abbreviation for “Plaintiff's” (“Pl.'s”) is not included in this citation. If the “author/subject” of the document is clear (as it generally is with a complaint), the typical practice is to omit the unnecessary abbreviation. Another example would be for Defend- ant's Answer.
To cite a footnote, give the page on which the footnote appears, “n.,” and the footnote number, with no space between “n.” and the number. Example 1: Green v. Georgia, 442 U.S. 95, 97.
In English, both letters should be capitalized ("ID"). The lower case word "id" has a specific meaning that does not invoke the meaning "identifier," or "identification." In documentation it should be spelled out (ID abbreviates two different words, after all), or be in all caps.
