To request a change in your degree program and/or have transcripts evaluated, login to CougarWeb. Under Student Quick Links, select "Request Change of Major." Candidates for an Associate degree or Certificate should submit a petition for graduation by the deadline established for that semester.
Course descriptions can be found in Look Up Classes or Add/Drop Classes by clicking on the blue CRN (Course Registration Number) and then clicking on “View Catalog Entry”.
Obtain Information: Compile your name, student identification number, picture, and enrolment information. Design: To develop an ID card layout, use design tools or internet templates. Include your name, picture, school's logo, and the date of issue. Print: Use cardstock paper to print the ID.
Students What is a student ID number? A unique identification number issued by some schools. A student ID number is issued by some schools as an identification number, unique to each student. Student ID numbers are also sometimes listed on an identification card with the student's picture.
Step 1: Go to collin.onelogin and login with your username and password. Step 2: Click on the Office 365 icon. Step 3: Click on the Outlook icon. Step 4: Sign in with your Collin username @collin (Ex:Cougar1@Collin) and password.
Note that to order official transcripts, students will need to order through a third party called Parchment. You can navigate to the Parchment website through the Collin website.

Q: Where do I get my CWID number and Username? A: You can obtain your CWID and Username by sending an e-mail to admissions@collin. The e-mail request must include the student's full legal name and date of birth. Requests are answered by Admissions OfficeBROKEN LINK during normal business hours.
