Official transcript should be submitted by your counselor. If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms. Otherwise, transcripts should be sent directly to the schools to which you are applying. Please contact each admissions office for the exact address or procedure.
Applicants are required to have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale in all post-secondary coursework and must be in good academic standing at the last institution attended.
Domestic Applicants Only Request official, original transcripts from every school that you reported on the UF Graduate Application in Step 2. Send electronic transcripts directly FROM the institution TO the UF Office of Admissions at te@admissions.ufl.
A student may repeat only those courses in which a “D” or “F” grade was earned. A request for a fourth attempt may be permitted through a petition to the Academic Standards Committee based on major extenuating circumstances.
How can I change my major? You must initiate the request via Dynamic Forms using the “change of program” document. This form can be found at Student Forms under the Advising tab. Please make an appointment with your advisor if you are considering a program change.
