You can remove personal information from the document when you save it using the Document Inspector dialog box (File > Info> Check for Issues> Inspect Document), check for "Document properties and personal information." When you get the results window, click Remove All.

Note: If you want to print your document without any comments, go to Review > Tracking > No Markup and then print your document.
