Open a document that contains comments. Select the Review tab in the ribbon. Under Delete, select Delete all comments in Document.
Go to the Review tab and deselect Comments on the Show Markup drop down (Review tab > Tracking group > Show Markup). In the print preview you will now see markup but not comments.
