Even though disasters cannot always be avoided, obligations can be made much clearer and responsibilities more easily understood with the presence of a written artist management agreement. Open a document that contains comments. Select the Review tab in the ribbon. Under Delete, select Delete all comments in Document.
Go to the Review tab and deselect Comments on the Show Markup drop down (Review tab > Tracking group > Show Markup). In the print preview you will now see markup but not comments.

Specify governing law. Identify the working relationship. Clearly define the scope of work. Specify what benefits, if any, the contractor will receive. Assign intellectual property. Include confidentiality clauses. Include a termination clause.
