If you have never viewed an electronic report card, please follow these steps: Log on to the Parent Portal via dadeschools. Click the Electronic Gradebook -View Grades & Attendance button. Click the report titled: “Interim Progress Report”

Submit the Student Records/Transcript Request Form (FM-7335) and a copy of a valid photo identification, to the Records and Forms Management Office, via email, fax or U.S. mail. The Commission for Independent Education maintains records for some independent postsecondary educational institutions that have closed.

In-keeping with the district's paper reduction initiative, ITS will stop printing report cards and parents will need to log into their Dadeschools Mobile app or Portal to view their child(ren)'s report card grades.

Start by checking your school's online portal. If your child's school uses an online tool to store their grades and test scores, that's a good place to start. Access to the login page should be available on your school district's website.

The graduation options are as follows: A four-year, 24-credit standard program; • A three-year, 18-credit college preparatory program; • A three-year, 18-credit career preparatory program; • An International Baccalaureate program; and • An Advanced International Certificate of Education program.

Three-Year, 18-Credit Career Preparatory Program This accelerated graduation program requires fewer credits and focuses more on academic courses. The three-year career preparatory program requires students to earn specific credits in a single vocational, career, or technical education program.

Miami-Dade County Public Schools' (M-DCPS) students entering 9th grade may choose from one of four state-approved options to earn a standard diploma. Additionally, there are two options for students with disabilities, which may be completed within the 24-credit program.
