We Offer Financial Aid for International Students This means that if you are admitted to F&M, we will meet 100% of your institutionally determined financial need for all four years on campus.
Eligibility for Title IV funds (federal student financial aid funds) is based on the courses the student takes each trimester (full-time, half-time, etc.). Franklin University courses that do not span the entire length of the trimester are considered modular courses.
