What is the refund policy? To receive a 100 percent credit of tuition and fees, you must drop your class before the first day of the term or part-of-term for your class. As of the first day of the term or part-of-term, partial refund deadlines begin.

For those receiving the forms through the mail, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you were eligible for a 1098-T and did not receive one, call 866-428-1098 to request your form.
The TER includes the transfer G.P.A. and a detailed list of every course you enrolled in at other universities or colleges.
