If it has been more than 40 business days since your payoff was posted, please contact us at (800) 874-8822.

If your payoff was remitted by personal check, your title will be mailed up to fourteen (14) business days after the account closes to allow time for the funds to clear the bank.

The lienholder is responsible for filing a release of lien in Arizona. The release of lien must be filed with the Arizona County Recorder's Office in the county where the property is located.
