Fortnite accounts are for you to use, not to sell. It's not yours to sell as you do not own it outright. Attempting to sell it could get you suspended. I wouldn't do it if I were you.
Why speculate if you don't know? This coming from a mod at that. They don't allow selling of their IP and virtual items, because of the potential to scam. Then there is an overload of support calls, because kids and adults are getting scammed on accounts that they thought they owned; and was recovered.
