In the recent update, December 13 2023, they changed the pleading emoji. It is now the same as all other softwares. The old emoji was unique and portrayed the emotion much better.
During text entry, type Windows logo key + . (period). The emoji keyboard will appear. Select an emoji with the mouse, or keep typing to search through the available emojis for one you like.
You use the two dots placed vertically one below another : as the first key to signify the eyes Then you use an apostrophe ' to signify the tear. You use the open parenthesis as the third ( to signify the sad face. All together they form :'( a crying sad emoji
