The UAGA establishes the donation as property that can be transmitted to others by authorization of the decedent before death, by will, by next of kin or surrogate after death, or, in their absence, by the state (NCCUSL, 2006).
We send an NHS Organ Donor Card to everybody who registers to donate for the first time. If you amend your details or re-register we don't send you a new donor card. If you have lost your organ donor card and would like a replacement you can download a card to print at home.
Texas. Science Care's Texas facility opened in 2023 at 820 W Sandy Lake Rd #300, Coppell, TX 75019. Although the building isn't open to the public out of respect for our donors and clients, our local presence ensures that Texans have a trusted body donation to science program in their state.
Texas Law. Allows anyone to donate part or all of the body by stating intentions in a will or other document. Allows children to make similar donations with consent of the parent/guardian.

Below are some reasons why the program might deny a donation: The potential donor had an infectious or contagious disease, such as HIV/AIDS, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, tuberculosis or prion diseases. The next of kin objects to the donation of the body, the family is not in agreement or there is family discord.
