Attestation services are directly provided by the High Commission of India, thus no information with regard to Attestation is available with BLS. POA is only to be submitted at the High Commission of India with the documents as prescribed in the checklist.

Each applicant is required to fill up separate Miscellaneous Application form and affix his/her recent passport size photograph. Provide a notarized photocopy of the current passport. The pages which include credential information, stamping etc must be photocopied.

Prepare POA online (several websites) or get a lawyer to prepare it. Get the deed attested by the Indian embassy or consulate in that country. Any Notary from there can also attest it.
