The Withdrawal Form is available online on the One Stop Enrollment website and can be submitted through the Document Uploader. Students may not withdraw from UTSA later than the third class day preceding final examinations in the Spring and Fall Semesters.
Withdrawal from the University An official withdrawal occurs when a student notifies the institution they wish to cease enrollment in all courses during a specific semester. A student who wishes to withdraw must submit a completed Official Withdrawal Request Form to the Records and Admissions Office.
A student wishing to withdraw from all courses before the end of a semester or summer term for which he/she is registered must clear his record by filing an application for voluntary withdrawal on a form which can be secured online at: Withdrawal Form or from the Office of the Registrar.
