If you have not been present in class during the last 10 days, please know that after 14 days of non-attendance, your registration status will be changed to "Registered but Not Attending." This means your instructor or the College may withdraw you from the class.

Calling a special meeting Write your notice, include the pertinent details, and get out the notice as far in advance as you can. (Hopefully, your bylaws dictate the lead time requirements for special meeting notice. If not, you need to amend the bylaws to include this info.)

If the time and place of a directors' meeting is fixed by the bylaws or the board of directors, the meeting is a regular meeting. All other meetings are special meetings.

Students with 3 or more unexcused absences will be reported to TUSD Truancy Enforcement.
