El acta incluirá siempre el nombre de la asociación y la fecha, lugar y hora de la asamblea. Deberá, también, indicar si se trata de la primera o la segunda convocatoria a la asamblea, así como el puesto que desempean las personas presentes en la mesa, dentro del órgano de gobierno de la asociación.
La Asamblea podrá ser convocada por el Comisariado o por el Consejo de Vigilancia, ya sea a iniciativa propia o si así lo solicitan al menos veinte ejidatarios o el veinte por ciento del total de ejidatarios que integran el núcleo de población ejidal.
El Acta de Asamblea debe estar firmada (firma, aclaración y cargo) por el Presidente y Secretario y por los DOS (2) asociados elegidos para ese fin. Además se debe acompaar una TRANSCRIPCIÓN A MÁQUINA del Acta, firmada por Presidente y Secretario.
