Prisoner Telephone System The current vendor for prisoner telephone services is Global TelLink Corporation (GTL). As part of GTL telephone services, prisoners can call 20 personal telephone numbers, which becomes his/her Personal Allowed Numbers (PAN) list.

How to obtain a copy. To locate your DD214 with the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency (MVAA) or by calling 1-800-642-4838. If MVAA is unable to locate your file, you may request military service records from the National Archives.
Inmate Mail Privileges Mail coming into the facility must be clearly addressed with the full legal name of the inmate. The full return address of the sender should be in the upper left-hand corner of the envelope. All incoming mail is searched for contraband prior to delivery.

Veterans or next-of-kin of deceased veterans can submit the completed request form by mail or email. Veterans do not need to complete block 6, Certifying Official, prior to submitting to the request.
