Marriage licenses are now available for both walk-in service and by appointment; however, customers must complete an online marriage application prior to visiting any of our offices. Appointments are highly recommended and can be made online. A marriage license is valid for 90 days.

Couple's Information: The couple must sign the marriage certificate using the names they will use after marriage.

To obtain a marriage license, you and your future spouse must appear together in-person at one of our office locations. You will need to complete the application form and present valid identification. Acceptable forms of I.D. must provide photo and age verification.

Once you complete the online application, you will receive a confirmation notice containing information about completing the application process. Print the Marriage License Application and bring it to any of our 5 locations to complete the process.
Marriage licenses are issued the same day as requested as long as all requirements are met.
