A full 48” by 96” sheet of ½” king starboard weighs roughly 80lbs, making it about twice as dense as standard plywood.

Seal the bottom, and cover the floor with cheap peel and stick vinyl floor tile. If a square is damaged it's easier to replace than a vinyl sheet. Seal them first with a coat of regular 2 hour (slow setting) epoxy adhesive thinned with denatured alcohol. Let's take a look at the qualities you need for your trailer flooring and what floors work best for certain types of trailers. I suspect newer manufactured homes use a better product, if not plywood then a resin impregnated water resistant wood product. Turn ply over (on plastic sheet) and apply resin and cloth to top side. When resin firms up, trim cloth with handy knife.
