Listings with Bids or Offers If the auction ends within 12 hours and has bids, you cannot end the listing early. If the listing ends in more than 12 hours, you can cancel the bids and then remove the listing.
There are a few steps to get this done. Go to your Active Listings. Select the drop-down list to the left of the listing you want to delete. Select end listing.
An order cannot be canceled if: The seller has shipped the item or the item has been collected in person. The buyer has reported that the item hasn't arrived. The buyer has opened a return request. It's more than 30 days since the order was placed.

Pause item sales They'll see a message stating that you're not processing orders until the Time Away end date. It can take 1–2 hours for your listings to become hidden or reappear. After Time Away ends, listings will reappear automatically; you do not need to edit them.
To end a listing early: In Seller Hub: Go to the Manage active listings page. Select the checkbox next to the item(s) you want to end. From the dropdown menu, select End listing. In My eBay: Go to Active in the Selling section. Find the item, and from the dropdown menu, select End listing. Or use the quick link.
EBay's policies state that both the buyer and the seller have a right to cancel or retract a bid in certain situations. For example, where the buyer has made a mistake by bidding the wrong amount or the seller significantly changed the details of their listing.
If the auction has finished, you can contact the winner and, if they agree, you can cancel the order. You can only end auction listings with bids one at a time by selecting a valid reason. Effects of ending an item listing early The listing ends as a successfully sold item. If a different EndingReason is specified, any bids are canceled and the listing ends as an unsuccessful listing (item unsold).
