Using the PAC code will end your contract and O2 will send you a final bill. If you just want to transfer your number to O2 P&G customer service will arrange that for you. If you do nothing, your contract carries on a rolling 30 day contract until you give notice.
Almost all providers require 30 days' notice if you wish to leave.
You might be able to cancel a SIM-only rolling contract early, but this all depends on why you're cancelling, and the terms of the contract you signed up for. Check your contract and if you're unsure, get in touch with your network provider.
If you wish to cancel the contract you would either need to provide 30 days notice to cancel without the number.
If you've taken out a SIM Only contract in store, over the phone or online, you can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order. If you do want to cancel your agreement, get in touch to let us know and we'll get it sorted.

Likewise, if you just need to move your tariff between a personal or business account and there's not a change of name/ownership then you'll need to contact your usual Customer Service team. Fully complete all new customer/owner sections of the form. If you're a new O2 customer, we'll have to complete a Credit Check.
