You can only end auction listings with bids one at a time by selecting a valid reason. Ending listings early disappoints bidders, so we may place limits and restrictions on your account if you are doing so regularly.
To end a listing early: In Seller Hub: Go to the Manage active listings page. Select the checkbox next to the item(s) you want to end. From the dropdown menu, select End listing. In My eBay: Go to Active in the Selling section. Find the item, and from the dropdown menu, select End listing. Or use the quick link.
However, it is still possible to withdraw a bid under certain circumstances. Specifically, you will be permitted to retract a bid as long as the item has not yet been announced as “sold” and the hammer has not yet fallen.
