You can only end auction listings with bids one at a time by selecting a valid reason. Ending listings early disappoints bidders, so we may place limits and restrictions on your account if you are doing so regularly.
Pause item sales They'll see a message stating that you're not processing orders until the Time Away end date. It can take 1–2 hours for your listings to become hidden or reappear. After Time Away ends, listings will reappear automatically; you do not need to edit them.
Listings with No Bids or Offers If your item hasn't received any bids or offers, you can remove the listing at any time without any issues. You can either end it immediately or schedule it to end at a specific time.

Purchases on eBay can be canceled by the seller or by eBay. Buyers can request a cancellation, but it's up to the seller to accept or decline the request. If multiple items were purchased as part of the same order, then all items in the order will be canceled.
If you do wish to cancel your bid – and believe you have a valid reason for doing so – timing is everything: If the listing ends in over 12 hours, all bids can be retracted. If the listing ends in under 12 hours, you can retract your most recent bid, but only if it's been less than an hour since you placed it.
EBay's policies state that both the buyer and the seller have a right to cancel or retract a bid in certain situations. For example, where the buyer has made a mistake by bidding the wrong amount or the seller significantly changed the details of their listing.
If it has had a bid and less than 12 hours to go it can be ended only to sell to the then high bidder at the then "current bid" amount.
Here's how to end your eBay listings via your My eBay portal: Go to your Active items list. Check the box at the top to select all listings. Select End from the Action dropdown.
