Description

A factor is a person who sells goods for a commission. A factor takes possession of goods of another and usually sells them in his/her own name. A factor differs from a broker in that a broker normally doesn't take possession of the goods. A factor may be a financier who lends money in return for an assignment of accounts receivable (A/R) or other security.

Many times factoring is used when a manufacturing company has a large A/R on the books that would represent the entire profits for the company for the year. That particular A/R might not get paid prior to year end from a client that has no money. That means the manufacturing company will have no profit for the year unless they can figure out a way to collect the A/R.

The standard form of the equation of the circle is derived from the distance formula. x²+ y²+ 2hx + 2ky + C = 0, where x = -h + r cos𝜃 and y =k + r sin𝜃.

Explanation: The general equation of a circle is (x – h)2 + (y – k)2 = r2, where (h, k) represents the location of the circle's center, and r represents the length of its radius. Circle A first has the equation of (x – 4)2 + (y + 3)2 = 29. This means that its center must be located at (4, –3), and its radius is √29.

The general form of the equation of circle is: x2 + y2 + 2gx + 2fy + c = 0. This general form is used to find the coordinates of the center of the circle and the radius of the circle. Here, c is a constant term, and the equation having c value represents a circle that is not passing through the origin.

(1) Front yard setback shall be 15 feet except that garages, carports and parking spaces with access from the front of the property shall be 20 feet. (2) Side yard setback: (a) Interior - 10 feet. (b) Street - 15 feet.

Tarrant County does have building setback requirements so any building or structure should not be located within 25 feet from the edge of the right-of-way of any County road or within 50 feet from the edge of the right-of-way of any State highway.

What are my setbacks? Setbacks are based on the Zoning District in which your property is located and adjacent districts. Buildings located next to residential districts have a twenty (20) foot side or rear supplemental setback on the side adjacent to the residential area.
