While the installation remains open, anyone needing to enter the Academy installation must obtain a base pass. Visitors can request a base pass with a DoD ID card sponsor, from the Pass and Registration Office located at the South Gate.
In general, Travis Public Affairs schedules base tours twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. Please contact the Public Affairs office for specific dates. Priority scheduling will be given to ROTC and Junior ROTC students and other groups serving high-school-age and college-age students.
Visitor Requests: - ALL visitors must have a military affiliated sponsor. - Visitor passes cannot exceed 30 days. - NO commercial traffic will be processed at the Visitor Center. Commercial Traffic must proceed to the South Commercial Gate.
