If Bing keeps coming back as your default search engine, it's possible that there is malware or a browser hijacker on your computer. You may want to run a malware scan using an anti-virus program or use an anti-malware tool to scan for and remove any potential threats.

In the "On startup" section, disable the malicious extension (if present), look for a browser hijacker URL (hxxp://.bing) below the "Open a specific or set of pages" option.
