Collin College's Nursing Department was named a Center of Excellence in Nursing by the National League for Nursing in 2011, 2015, and 2020. The current designation will continue through 2024, extending the outstanding educational environment to the baccalaureate level.
Develop and implement strategies to become a national exemplar in program and student outcomes. Create and implement comprehensive integrated pathways to support student transitions. Implement the third Baccalaureate degree by Fall 2022 and continue adding 2+2 programs with university partners.

Changing Your Major To change your major, log into your CougarWeb account and under the Home Tab select REQUEST CHANGE OF MAJOR. Select the Catalog Year and a Program and hit Submit. You will receive a response via your Collin email account or you can run Cougar Compass Audit to see if the change has been made.
