An affidavit of non-prosecution serves as a formal declaration by the alleged victim that they do not wish to participate in the prosecution process. This document can be submitted to the prosecutor's office or the court as evidence of the victim's intentions not to cooperate. It must be notarized.
It takes about four weeks from the date you apply for benefits to know if you are eligible for benefits.
Examples of misconduct that could make you ineligible include violation of company policy, violation of law, neglect or mismanagement of your position, or failure to perform your work adequately if you are capable of doing so.

Appeal Hearing Notification Details It may take six to eight weeks to receive a hearing information packet with information about your appeal. TWC will mail you the packet five to 10 days before your hearing.
You can only reapply after benefit year expires. Benefits going to zero is irrelevant. You can only receive a maximum of 26 weeks of benefits in a 52 week benefit year. If you work during your claim year you will be extending the time before your benefits are exhausted.
