Where to send Form I-864? It is not possible to e-file the I-864 affidavit. Adjustment of status applicants will mail the form to USCIS. Consular processing applicants can submit the form online to the National Visa Center.
To submit documents, log into CEAC and go to the “Start Now” buttons located under Affidavit of Support Documents and Civil Documents. When you have uploaded all the required documents for each section, press “Submit Documents”.
We recommend completing Affidavit of Support forms on a computer or typewriter, with answers typed in CAPITAL letters. After the form is completed, upload, and submit the signed form to NVC via CEAC along with the sponsor's supporting financial evidence.
Scan and save your financial forms and evidence, supporting civil documents, and translations as a PDF file. Then send them to NVCelectronic@state as attachments to an email. Please type your case number in the subject line of the email.
