The clerk of the appellate court shall review all electronic filings for conformity pursuant to RAP 27(E) to determine whether filings may be docketed. (2) The eFiling system will generate a Notice of Court Processing indicating whether a tendered document has been accepted for review.
(1) In all civil cases appealed to the Court of Appeals, except those specified in paragraph (A)(2), each appellant and cross-appellant shall file a prehearing statement no later than 20 days from the filing of its respective notice of appeal or cross-appeal.
