Washington Letter from Landlord to Tenant as Notice to remove unauthorized inhabitants

This is a letter form the Landlord to the Tenant(s) demanding the removal of any unauthorized inhabitants of the property. Should Tenant fail to do so, landlord reserves the right to terminate the Lease and evict Tenants from the property as provided for by applicable law, and seek any other remedy to which Landlord is entitled under the Lease Agreement and/or under applicable law.
