Release of Labor and Materials Lien: This form releases the owner of a parcel of land, of any liens he/ she may have had placed on the land by a materialman. The release is issued as a consequence of the payment in full, which was agreed upon, in either their written or oral contract. This form is available in either Word or Rich Text format.
