This Prime Contractor's Notice gives notice that any subcontractor or materialman shall give notice to the prime contractor of the right to claim a lien. Failure to give notice waives any subcontractor's right to claim a lien.

Wyoming Prime Contractor's Notice — Individual is a document that must be filed with the Wyoming Secretary of State by any individual who intends to contract with the state of Wyoming. This notice alerts the state of Wyoming of the individual's intention to do business as a prime contractor. It must include the individual's name, address, a statement of the type of contract the individual intends to enter into, a statement of the individual's qualifications, a statement of the individual's financial interest (if any) in the contract, and an acknowledgement that the individual will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. There are two types of Wyoming Prime Contractor's Notice — Individual: a one-time filing and an annual filing.
